Welcome to Taegan RD! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Taegan RD's website and services.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us" refers to Taegan RD. "Party," "Parties," or "Us," refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of [Practice Name]'s services in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. A valid credit card must be on file to secure appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for the session. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged for the session.
Confidentiality: All information disclosed within sessions is confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without written permission from the Client, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of Liability: Taegan RD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State/Country.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Taegan RD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You should check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
